• Listing alert subscriptions ("My Alerts") — your name, email address, optional phone number, and the search criteria you save (location, property type, price range, bedrooms and bathrooms).
• Sign-in — your email address, used to send you a secure sign-in link. We do not use passwords.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.

We use your personal information only to:

• Respond to your inquiries and arrange property showings.
• Prepare and deliver your requested home evaluation.
• Send you the listing alerts you subscribed to, matching your saved search criteria.
• Manage your alert account and preferences.
• With your consent, send occasional market updates or follow up about your real estate needs.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

By submitting a form or subscribing to listing alerts, you consent to us contacting you about your request. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent. Every commercial electronic message we send identifies the sender and includes a working unsubscribe or preference-management link, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We share your information only with the service providers needed to operate this site:

• Moovconex — our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where leads and client inquiries are stored and managed.
• Resend — the email delivery service used to send sign-in links and listing alert emails.
• Website hosting and database providers — which store site data securely on our behalf.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Canada. When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is held.

Property listing data displayed on this site is provided under copyright by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) through its Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) and is used in accordance with CREA's rules. Listing data is displayed for your personal, non-commercial use and is not redistributed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. Access is limited to those who need it to respond to you or operate the site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by law and the record-keeping obligations that apply to real estate professionals in Ontario. Listing alert subscriptions and their saved criteria are kept until you delete them or unsubscribe.

You may at any time:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Pause, delete or unsubscribe from listing alerts through the My Alerts page or the link in any alert email.
• Withdraw your consent to further communications.
• Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal requirements.
